ARA seeks to freeze murdered drug dealer’s £180,000 assets
The North's Assets Recovery Agency has begun a court action to freeze the assets of a drug dealer who was murdered in west Belfast four years ago.
The agency, which is modelled on the Republic's Criminal Assets Bureau, is seeking to gain control of £180,000 (€263,000) in assets belonging to Paul Patrick Daly.
