The Irish National Teachers Organisation has criticised the Government's failure to deliver on its promise to reduce primary school class sizes.

Speaking at the union's annual conference in Galway yesterday, INTO officials warned that the curriculum could not be implemented if current teacher-pupil ratios continue.
