Government spends €7.7m on jet travel

Government ministers travelling by private jet have clocked up a bill of €7.7m since the last election.

The Taoiseach, Bertie Ahern, tops the league-table of frequent flyers with more than 450 hours in the air since 2002, costing €2m.
