Ahern addresses McCartney murder issues

The murder of Belfast man Robert McCartney underlines why the issue of paramilitarism and criminality must be addressed, Taoiseach Bertie Ahern said today.

Mr Ahern noted an appeal last night from Sinn Féin president Gerry Adams that people who had information about the murder two weeks ago of the 33-year-old fork-lift driver should come forward.
