NRA 10-year plan includes eastern bypass of Dublin

Plans to build an eastern bypass of Dublin, which will cost the taxpayer more than €1bn, are back on the agenda.

The National Roads Authority is recommending that the route should be included in the Government's 10-year transport plan.
