SDLP/unionist coalition proposed by Downing St

SDLP leader Mark Durkan has said Downing Street asked him to enter into a voluntary coalition with the unionist parties in the North, in an attempt to restore devolution without Sinn Féin.

He made his comments ahead of his leader's speech at the SDLP annual conference in Derry this afternoon.
