Sinn Féin supporters caused traffic disruption in Belfast and Derry last night after mounting a series of blockades in protest against the Independent Monitoring Commission.

In a report published yesterday, the body set up to oversee paramilitary ceasefires concluded that the Provisional IRA was behind the recent Belfast bank heist and other robberies over the past year.
