The application by the Criminal Assets Bureau for an order to seize Jessbrook Equestrian Centre owned by the family of John Gilligan, has been put back for two weeks.

The property and lands in county Kildare is understood to be worth €8m and has been the subject of a seven-year freezing order.

John Gilligan, who is serving a 20-year sentence for drug offences, was present in the High Court today.

Mr Justice Patrick Finnegan adjourned the case for two weeks.
