Cork TD slams refusal to collect untagged rubbish bins

Labour Party TD Kathleen Lynch has criticised the city manager in Cork for refusing to collect rubbish from households that have not paid bin charges.

The city manager has ordered refuse collectors to ignore rubbish that is not tagged or placed in a proper bin.
