Irish car prices 31% higher than European average

Cars bought in Ireland cost 31% more than the European average, according to a new survey by PricewaterhouseCoopers based on car prices across Europe.

The survey shows that after-tax, Irish prices are among the highest in the EU, despite the fact that Irish pre-tax costs are among the lowest in Europe.
