The Naval Service has detained an Irish-registered trawler off the south-west coast for alleged breaches of fishing regulations.

The Naval Service has detained an Irish-registered trawler off the south-west coast for alleged breaches of fishing regulations.

The Mark Amay was detained by the LE Roisin around 190 nautical miles west of Mizen Head this morning and is currently being escorted to port in Cobh.
