Lack of mental health provision 'hitting children hardest'

Children are the real victims of the country’s poorly-funded mental health service, it was claimed today.

State services for children or young adults at risk and those with behavioural difficulties are under-funded, under-staffed and under-resourced, the Labour Party said.
