FG MEP criticises 'slow' EU response to tsunami disaster

Fine Gael MEP Gay Mitchell has criticised the the EU's slow response to the tsunami disaster that ravaged south Asia on St Stephen's Day.

Mr Mitchell was speaking as the European Parliament prepares to sanction a €100m aid allocation to the relief operation underway in the area.
