Drop-out rates down significantly at institutes of technology

Ireland’s institutes of technology have reportedly significantly reduced their drop-out rates following a range of initiatives to address the matter.

Reports this morning said a survey of nine of the country’s 13 institutes found that the average drop-out rate had fallen from 42% to 36% in recent years.
