SDLP leader Mark Durkan has accused the republican movement of almost scuppering the prospects of the Good Friday Agreement being fully implemented.

Mr Durkan was responding to last week's revelation that the PSNI believes the Provisional IRA was behind the £26.5m (€38m) heist at Northern Bank headquarters in Belfast.
