Archbishops call for day of solidarity with tsunami victims

Ireland's Catholic archbishops have called on people to observe a day of solidarity today for the victims of the south Asian tsunami disaster.

Speaking on their behalf, the Archbishop of Armagh Sean Brady said the demonstration of solidarity should include reflection, fasting and generosity.
