McDowell moves on tribunal costs legislation

Justice Minister Michael McDowell is believed to have secured Government approval to draft legislation designed to curb the cost of tribunals.

Reports this morning said the new bill would give effect to the reduced legal fees for tribunal lawyers announced by former Minister for Finance Charlie McCreevy last year.
