Woman killed in Kilkenny car/lorry collision

A young woman has died after the car she was driving collided with a lorry in Co Kilkenny this morning.

The accident happened at Flagmount, on the main road between Kilkenny and Paulstown, at around 9.20am.

The dead woman’s name has not been released. Gardaí have appealed for any witnesses to the crash to come forward and contact them.
