Armed raiders rob UCD bank

Raiders have staged an armed robbery at a bank in the grounds of University College Dublin this evening.

Two men with a gun escaped with cash from the Belfield AIB. No shots were fired and no-one was injured in the raid.

A green Honda getaway car has been discovered on the nearby Foster Avenue.
