US-bound plane diverted to Dublin

A US-bound plane made an unscheduled landing in Dublin tonight after a call was received about a suspect device on board.

A spokeswoman for Dublin Airport Authority said the Lufthansa Boeing 747-400 landed at 3.40pm and its passengers and crew disembarked.
