Gardaí in Dublin have recovered €150,000 worth of diamonds that were stolen from a jewellery salesman in the city yesterday.
The jewels were found when officers stopped a van on the Hartstown Road shortly before 7pm last night.
The diamonds were discovered hidden in the back of the van, along with a baseball bat. A man in his 40s was arrested and is being questioned at Blanchardstown Garda Station.
