Producers' body disappointed at lack of TG4 funding

Screen Producers Ireland (SPI) has expressed its disappointment that no additional funding provision for TG4 was made in today’s Budget.

Screen Producers Ireland (SPI) has expressed its disappointment that no additional funding provision for TG4 was made in today’s Budget.

The producers’ body had called for a €30m allocation for TG4, representing an increase of €6m on 2004, and also urged that funding would incrementally increase to reach €44m by 2008.
