Man killed in stabbing after row in Dublin

A man has been stabbed to death in an overnight incident in north inner city Dublin.

The attack occurred following a row outside a flat at Saint Joseph's Villas off the North Circular Road, close to the centre of the city.

The man was taken to the Mater Hospital shortly after midnight where he was pronounced dead on arrival.

The scene has been sealed off for forensic examination.
