Patients Together to hold Dáil vigil tonight

A patient support group is holding a candlelight vigil outside the Dáil this evening, on the eve of the publication of the Budget estimates.

A spokesperson for Patients Together said people are still lying on trolleys in A & E departments across the country and that the issue cannot continue to be ignored.

The group is calling for Government investment to end the suffering of emergency patients waiting for treatment.
