A 53-year-old man convicted of the kidnap of Jennifer Guinness 18 years ago is due to be extradited from the Netherlands to Ireland today.

A 53-year-old man convicted of the kidnap of Jennifer Guinness 18 years ago is due to be extradited from the Netherlands to Ireland today.

John Cunningham was jailed for 10 years for leading the gang that kidnapped Ms Guinness, the wife of a wealthy banker, from her home in the Howth area of Dublin in April 1986.
