UUP’s Empey to seek election as MP for East Belfast

Ulster Unionist Party deputy leader Reg Empey has announced his intention to contest the next British general election in the constituency of East Belfast.

Announcing the move today, Mr Empey said he was determined to reverse 25 years of decline in the area, once the industrial hub of the North.
