Irish parents see the internet as their primary source of concern regarding the viewing of unsuitable material by their children, according to research commissioned by the Internet Advisory Board.

The board said almost half of parents questioned in the study regarded the internet as a potential source of access to unsuitable material. 28% had similar concerns about digital television.
