Students occupy FF's headquarters
Students from colleges across Dublin have occupied Fianna Fáil's party headquarters in Dublin today.
Around 20 third level students stormed the lobby of the building on Mount Street in a protest organised by the Union of Students in Ireland.
Gardaí stopped about 100 others from getting inside.
President of UCD Students Union Fergal Scully has said they are angry at the growing cost of education.
“We don't have free education if we have to pay a €750 registration fee, we don't have a proper grant in terms of cost of living. The budget in terms of third level education over the last couple of years has been cut by 14%.”
