The Oireachtas committee established to investigate the case of Judge Brian Curtin is due to make a decision today on whether the judge is medically fit to answer questions.

Judge Curtin’s lawyers have requested a three-month adjournment of the committee’s proceedings, claiming their client is medically unfit to attend and face questioning.
