Comedian to make 'reality' Denny ad with 'average Irish family'

A search has begun to find families to star in what is described a new ' warts and all' reality TV docu-ad'.

Sausage makers Denny want nine families to take part, and are pledging €50,000 to the ISPCC in return.

People who want to take part are asked to ring 1850 924 946.

Comedian Joe Rooney, who will visit the homes of the families in the ads, says they want to record "real footage of real Irish people".
