Workers to discuss demolition plan for Cork hotel

The 220 workers affected by Jurys’ decision to demolish its hotel on Western Road in Cork are due to meet today to discuss their futures.

Earlier this week, the Jurys Doyle group announced plans to demolish the existing building and replace it with a 185-bedroom hotel and 300 apartments.
