Toddler dies in tragic accident in Galway

Gardaí in Co Galway are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a three-year-old boy in a tragic accident yesterday evening.

Reports said the youngster was travelling in the back seat of his family jeep near his home in Ahascragh when he opened the back door and fell out onto the roadway.
