Catering firms responsible for food poisoning will have nowhere to hide this summer, a health protection group warned today.

The Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) vowed tough action against the culprits after figures revealed poisoning cases tripled during the hot months of May to September, from 2001-2003.
