'Prison warders targeted in bid for segregation'

More than 50 prison warders homes were attacked in Northern Ireland last year, it was revealed today.

With warders targeted as part of a violent bid by paramilitary inmates to be segregated inside the high-security Maghaberry Jail, the authorities insisted disruption had been minimised.
