O'Caoimh nominated to Euro court

The Government has decided to nominate Judge Aindrias O'Caoimh of the High Court to replace Judge Fidelma Macken as Ireland's member of the European Court of Justice.

The Government has decided to nominate Judge Aindrias O'Caoimh of the High Court to replace Judge Fidelma Macken as Ireland's member of the European Court of Justice.

Judge Macken will be leaving the Court later this year.
