330,000 take advantage of free LUAS

More than 330,000 people have taken advantage of the no fare offer on Luas this week.

Today is the last day of the free LUAS rides.

Tomorrow will be the first day of real operations and passengers will have to pay to use the new tram system.

LUAS spokesman, Tom Manning, says extra people will be at hand at all stops to help commuters use the ticket vending machines.
