Woman tried to open plane door in mid-air

An English woman travelling on an Aer Lingus flight to Cork Airport last night tried to open a door on the plane, causing panic among passengers.

The woman, who is in her forties and living in Ireland, was accompanied by a male passenger, the Evening Echo newspaper reported.
