Gardaí arrest nine in Limerick murder probe

Gardaí in Limerick have arrested nine people in connection with the murder of a 39-year-old man in Co Clare last year.

The seven men and two women were arrested in early-morning raids across the city.

They are being questioned in connection with the murder of Sean Poland. Mr Poland was shot dead during an armed robbery at his home in Ardnacrusha on New Year’s Eve.
