The Taoiseach, Bertie Ahern, is due to travel to Brussels today to lead fresh negotiations on the proposed EU constitution.

The Taoiseach, Bertie Ahern, is due to travel to Brussels today to lead fresh negotiations on the proposed EU constitution.

Mr Ahern will preside over a two-day meeting of the leaders of the 25 EU member states.
