Judge concerned about juvenile facilities

Judge Mary Collins has expressed concerns over the lack of educational and training facilities for juvenile detainees held in St Patrick’s Institution.

Presiding at the Dublin Children’s Court today she said the situation in the institution has deteriorated and young detainees cannot get educated there.
