FG eyeing twin elections boost

The European and local elections on Friday June 11 will signal the rebirth of Fine Gael, the party said today.

At the party’s final press conference before the elections Fine Gael leader Enda Kenny said he was very confident the party would improve on its poor performance in the 2002 General Election.
