People in east 'more likely to survive cancer'

The rate of cancer survival and the standard of treatment differ throughout the country, according to a report published today by the National Cancer Registry.

The report, based on a study conducted between 1994 and 1998 claimed a person living in the east of the country was more likely to survive cancer than people living in other areas.
