Minister calls for action on spiralling oil prices

The Minister for Communications, Dermot Ahern, says action needs to be taken to ease the pressure on oil prices, which are spiralling out of control.

The Minister is meeting with the EU Energy Commissioner in Amsterdam today to discuss the problem.
