McDowell launches verbal attack on Sinn Féin

Justice Minister Michael McDowell has reportedly launched another verbal attack on Sinn Féin, accusing it of being “completely subservient” to the IRA.

Reports this morning said the minister launched the attack at a Progressive Democrats function in Limerick last night. He reportedly accused the IRA of “lies and cowardice” and “a massive, sustained deception” and slammed Sinn Féin’s “brass-necked refusal” to criticise or condemn IRA actions.
