O'Donoghue encourages public participation for 'Day of Welcomes'

John O'Donoghue TD, Minister for Arts, Sport and Tourism, today encouraged the public to participate in the unique public events happening in Dublin and throughout Ireland.

He congratulated the ten Irish towns and cities that have been working hard to organise a national "Day of Welcomes" for the celebration of EU Enlargement on Saturday May 1.
