Petrol bomb attack in Derry

A police base in Northern Ireland has been attacked with petrol bombs by a gang of youths overnight.

There was only minor damage to the PSNI station in Rosemount in Derry, and no one was hurt.

As many as 20 petrol bombs were thrown at the building by a crowd of youths, who later fled into the city's Creggan estate.
