Dáil Bar could pick up smoking ban fine
The Dáil members' Bar is set to be the first outlet to face a fine in connection with the smoking ban.
Fine Gael's John Deasy has been sacked after lighting up in the bar this week and he could face a €3,000 fine.
The Environmental health officers association has confirmed there would be no special treatment for those involved in the incident.
Today Fine Gael leader Enda Kenny has said no man or woman is above the law and no politician is above the law.
