The Labour Party has called on the Tánaiste Mary Harney to introduce a maximum prices order for publicans.

The call follows an inspection by the Director of Consumer Affairs which found that six Dublin pubs raised their prices ahead of last weekend’s rugby match between Ireland and Scotland at Lansdowne Road.
