Gardaí deport failed asylum seekers

Gardaí have deported more than 60 eastern European immigrants whose applications for asylum in Ireland had failed.

The group of men, women and children from Romania and Moldova were flown to their home countries on a specially chartered plane from Dublin Airport early this morning.
