Greens table motion of no confidence in Cullen
The Green Party is tabling a Dáil motion of no confidence in Environment Minister Martin Cullen this week.
It accuses him of failing to adequately implement new policies and of not tackling social problems such as long housing waiting lists.
Party Leader Trevor Sargent has branded the Minister as the least consultative and effective in the cabinet.
Mr Sargent is not certain the vote will succeed, but says he is confident of getting strong support from the opposition parties and from independents.
